I applied online to work at a Nordstrom Rack in Washington, DC. The online application process was fairly simple. I then got an email about a week later with the opportunity to interview via phone. The interview on the phone lasted about 15 minutes long and was fairly simple. They told me upfront they were looking for people with a flexible work schedule and people who could work on weekends. By the end of the phone call interview I was asked to come in to the store for an interview next week. I interviewed with the store manager for about 25 minutes. She was taking notes by hand for the interview. I left feeling pretty confident and heard back several days later offering me a part time job.

Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!
