The hiring process was very easy. Applied and got a call back the next day for an interview. The interview was very straight forward and typical interview questions. Very friendly and made you feel comfortable during the interview.

Very easy. Hired during seasonal so as long as you have an interest in working there and can go above and beyond for a customer that is what they care about!

Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
