Entrevista
Two interviews. One with the Nordstrom department manager and the second with the cosmetic line manager. Both had the same basic customer service questions. Before your interview you have to take a 150 question online test. It wasn't hard or intimidating.

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
