I filled out a survey, lots of questions regarding workplace situations, competition, commission sales. Was granted a phone interview within a day, was contacted right on schedule. The questions on the phone were simple and quick. Why Nordstrom? How do you feel about commission sales? What is your availability like? Tell me a little bit about your experience.
I am now waiting for my one on one interview. Overall friendly and efficient!

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
