I walked in, and asked for an application for a sales associate position. I was given an application and told they weren't hiring currently, but the manager would keep my application on file incase a position opened up. The manager was very friendly, asked about my experience in sales field, what I expected of the job I was applying for, and what types of duties I'd be able to perform for them. Hopefully, I will get a call back when they have a position open, as I'd really enjoy working for their company.

So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.

Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
