An in-person interview with the store manager and regional department manager. We met for approximately 60 minutes. It was an upbeat and professionally dressed environment. They were very nice. They asked me questions about my past experience and what I would bring to the role.

Easy questions and some managers will make you answer all questions so be prepared for some lengthy questions that are repetitive
