Entrevista
Initial phone interview was extremely brief. I was asked 3 questions about availability and how I feel about working on commission and then was told "I've enjoyed talking with you and would like to invite you for an in-person interview." Quite the screening process! At the in-person interview the manager rushed through it and spent a total of 12 minutes with me. She asked me some behavioral questions like what I would do in certain situations. At the end of the interview she didn't even ask me if I had any questions for her...I thought that was strange.
Interview with department manager, second interview with brand manager. May have to do artistry interview. She has your number in case she wants you guys in touch and we will be in contact to get the information on this as soon we get the results of our interview with her on the job interview with
I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
