You are asked to create a profile on their website where you fill out general information, like name, address, past employers, etc. You also upload your resume, cover letter, or any other attachments. On this profile you indicate which positions you'd like, and whenever there is an opening (for your desired location) they email you, asking you to send in the application for said position. I had a phone interview with their headquarters in Seattle, even though I applied for a position in Maryland. You get to even pick the time for the phone interview (PST). It was very short, maybe three questions maximum. I did fairly well, she even told me so, but I wasn't offered the position because I wouldn't be able to work full time in the fall because of my college classes.
