Questions were geared around customer service and how to handle customer satisfaction. I was asked if working weekends and evenings are an issue. Employees must be available to work weekends and evenings or you will not get hired.

I was asked how much experience I had in sales and makeup. The interview was casual and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. It was a good experience overall. The managers were kind and very helpful during the entire process.
3 stage interview. 1 with department manager, 2 with brand manager, 3 artistry interview. The company has been in business since I started working for it in January in New Hampshire in June
