Several times to go in and speak with different managers.They are very pushy on sales and will ride you if you arent upselling in everything.They come across like they will.help you but they are extremely pushy,demanding behind the scenes.Looks are deceiving when it comes to this company.

It was pretty straight forward. I applied online and was contacted by a HR. They did a pretty basic interview and then I was moved on to interview with the department. I had two interviews and then was offered the job.

Entrevista
I completed a phone interview and then was asked to come in for a one on one interview with one of the floor managers. We went into a back room so she could ask me some routine interview questions. The interviewer seemed very stern on kept reiterating how import it is to get new customers to apply for a Nordstrom card.
