You interview with the manager first. Around 7 questions. After that you have a second short interview with an assistant or another department manager. They walk the entire store with you while asking you your general interests, why you can make a difference.

Be open and honest about your love of fashion and make sure you are customer focused
Easy questions and some managers will make you answer all questions so be prepared for some lengthy questions that are repetitive

Promotion from Sales person. Interviewed with department manager and store manager. I needed my then current store managers approval as well. After the interview with the Nashville store manager, I was offered the role.

Sat down and had a conversation for 20 minutes, they asked general questions. Very simple and easy anyone could do it I am sure. Then they offered the job to me immediately
