This was an online interviews through HireVue enabling remote job interviews using video technology, facilitating convenient and efficient screening processes for both employers and candidates worldwide. They said they'd get back in 2 weeks but 3 weeks later, it was announced that they're leaving canada.

Lots of questions focused on the ability to help clients and maintain relationships
Interview was great, staff seemed supportive and like it was a positive environment. Important to have an interest in fashion and helping the customer find what they need. Very important to get repeat customers and continue having a book of business.

one way interview with around 20-30 questions. mainly behavioural and some background on your education and past experiences. Took around 30-40 minutes and you have to prepare for each question.
