Pretty easy and straightforward. I did one interview on campus and got an offer about 2 months later. I was asked some s.t.a.r. questions from my work history. They were rather starightforward.

On-campus interview; was very straightforward. Interviewer was friendly and general personality questions were asked. Expect to be asked about prior leadership experience and team dynamics. Not many technical questions due to the nature of the work. Pay and benefits were outlined very neatly so I could make an informed decision about whether or not to pursue the job.
