We do like to keep our initial meetings brief and informal, as we believe this creates a more relaxed experience for candidates. As we are currently growing the business, we are conducting a high volume of interviews, therefore we invite successful candidates back for a more in depth interview after the initial meeting . However, we do offer all candidates feedback if they would like it, and welcome people to give us a call or email.
