I filled out an application online and was contacted and asked to come in for a face to face interview at the HR headquarters in Cerritos, CA. I was also asked to submit to a personality test online which I did. This consisted of choosing from a list of random adjectives those that you thought others would use to describe you and then those you would use to describe yourself. Apparently they assign you are score based on your answers but I never did get to see my score. I was interviewed in person at the HR department. It was a fairly brief interview at least in my experience. I was not given a specific date to expect a follow up just a "well I have to talk to the service managers and they may not be in until tomorrow we will get back to you." I sent a thank you email that evening and then attempted to follow up the next 3 days after the interview both by email and by phone. Finally on the 3rd day after the interview I received a form "Thanks but better luck next time" letters. That was is. I did try to reach out to the HR contact who I interviewed with to get some insight as what made me unqualified or less qualified than other applicants for the position but she never responded back to my query.

Submitted application, have not heard back in two weeks to went in person to ask regarding application. Got an interview right there, then got a call from the hiring manager in about a week
