Scheduled an interview one day after applying. The interview was made by the Human Capital Specialist and the interview lasted about 45 minutes. They basically just wanted more detail on the prior employment. They really didn't provide any details about the job. I inquired about the pay structure and they stated it was salary+commission for 6 months and then just commission.
