I had a preliminary interview at the corporate HQ's one day and got called to interview on site the next day after being told to be patient as it could take a while to get through all of the candidates. I arrived to a dark building and had to wander around to find someone to tell I was in their building. No security, no lights, no receptionist. The interviewer told me virtually zero about the job and ranted for 20 minutes about towing the line and following procedure lest I be let go. All this before I even received an offer! No tour, no handshake and was pointed toward the exit. WOW!
