The first round was a phone interview and from there, I was asked to do a final interview. The final interview (virtual) was a little more than 2 hours with breaks in between. I met with the academic department of the respective college for a formal interview before heading into a presentation with the academic and student services department, members of the alumni foundation and faculty. Lastly, I met with the person that would be my direct supervisor for a 1:1 interview. The presentation prompt and time requirement was given to me in advance. The timing from initial interview to offer was right under a month. Overall, it was a great interview experience and similar to other higher ed interviews I have had in terms of questions asked and presentation.
