Once you have complete the application, you’re then invited to do two competency based excursuses on line, once you compete these, you will then be invited to a group meeting via teams, you sit back and listen while employees tell you all about the job, they don’t hold back, they explain all the bad points and the good points, they explain if you don’t think this is for you, don’t proceed. From this stage, if you decide to proceed, you’re invited to a face to face interview, you’re interviewed by two people, they put you at ease and then ask you a number of questions based around your experience which is relevant to the job role.
