Once you submit your resume, HR will call you if you can proceed to the next step which is a written assessment. The written assessment is not very hard but it is timed. Once they've checked your written assessment, the HR will call to tell you that you are moving forward to a video interview and will schedule it. In my experience, do not apply months ahead because things happen pretty quickly. HR asked me to call once I'm ready to start soon because they cannot hold a position for too long. Anyway, the virtual interview was not too hard. There were maybe 12 questions with 2 panel interviewers. They type your answers while you're talking and they take turns asking the questions. If you pass this interview, you get a job offer!
