Interview went smooth. Questions were easy to answer, I had no difficulty with the process. Offer was given two weeks after interview, with plenty of time to give two weeks notice.

You have an initial phone screening with an HR recruiter. You are required to complete a basic writing assessment. If you move on to the next round, it is held as a panel interview via Zoom. The panel interview is usually with 2-4 people who are direct managers.
