Interview with the Headmaster & Principal. I was compensated for my travel time there. I went to lunch with members of leadership. We took a tour of the rather large campus. I met with the department head and several principals. I know of others who have had phone interviews when it has been late in the hiring season. Having someone vouch for you within the school is particularly powerful.
