The interview process is very friendly and professional. All done by zoom and presentation is not 50 slides long. Nick made everything very clear and kept the meeting on topic. He is very enthusiastic about his company

After a quick-apply application, they reached out to me the next day to schedule a phone call for the location I applied for. The recruiter there was incredibly nice and patient, and began describing the next steps to work there. IMPORTANT NOTE - this position, should you be offered it, is a *career opportunity*, not just a job. They expect you to invest your own money into your training (which they claim to reimburse at least 1.5x should you pass all of the required licensure) which can total at about ~$600 if I recall correctly. The two years after being officially hired, you'll build up a base of clients for you to advise and be trained on how to best advise them; you don't officially start the job until after those two years. Definitely, a great place if you know that financial advising is what you want to do for the next decade, not so much if you're just looking to pay the bills with low commitment. Again, it seems like a super great community, but it was not what I was looking for so I decided to turn it down (that lofty licensure studying requirements was also a little much). ALSO - if you're looking into this career path but have no experience, this is the place to go. They're hiring people straight out of college, no experience required!!
