there were different stations and each member has a set number of interview questions. questions ranked from why do you want to work here and how do you handle difficult situations.

First I had a phone interview, followed by a speed interview where 8 minutes was spent at each station, and last interview was a panel interview. I had an overall positive experience even though I was not offered the job.
