The interview process took too long and was very confusing for the position they were hiring for at the pay rate they were hiring for, which was an Academic Coach at $14 per hour, with a part time schedule. The hiring staff made assumptions about the candidates and waited too long to inform the candidates that didn't qualify. Unfortunately this company looked very promising to work for but the assumptions made and long hiring process were not worth the part time schedule and $14 per hour.
