My phone interview was 10 minutes late cuz HR forgot to call me, I had to email her that we had an interview scheduled today. The second interview was with the manager where for 1 hour he just talked and I listened. He covered everything about the company and his engineering background, but he didn't really try to get to know me. But the thing I liked about him is that the next day he called me personally and told me he really enjoyed talking but won't be moving forward because he is looking for a more senior-level guy. Although the third round (technical) with the team for 1hour and 30 minutes, the fourth round with the executive director in person.
