Phone interview followed by in person interview. The unit manager asked me how well i work with young co workers. I felt the question was very inappropriate and i withdrew my application . Im 56 years old and was very uncomfortable with this unit manager's interview questions twice during interview my age came up in a round about way.

The hiring process is easy and smooth. I applied online, and I received a call from NorthShore recruiter the next day. She was very polite and kind. She asks me a couple of questions; then she scheduled me to be interviewed by unit manager.

Pretty straight forward dont look to much into it know your medical terms and know what a hospital setting is like . Also just be prepared to think logically. Interview process was very easy
