You will go through a series of interviews -- three in total. One is just to tell you about the job. The next is the real interview where you spend an hour answering questions. The last is to follow up to see if you have any questions.

It was very relaxed and comforting. They really wanted to know who I was as an individual. They asked questions about why I wanted to be a teacher and how would i identify myself.
It was okay, have to present demo lesson to move on two the next steps interview process short. Practice before the interview and have plan B back up. You will have a call then in person. This was before covid so maybe a bit different now
