Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela NorthStar Home (Houston, TX) em jun. de 2015

They show you a video for you to see the benefits of working for them. But in those video are none of those true. After you have watched the video and learned that it is a door to door sales, then you meet with one of the managers for an official interview. It is terrible. I do not know why I stayed. Everything is strictly off commission, they promise you'll make 6 figures, and you don't. Unless you want to count $000,000.

There were not any questions really, it was more so them telling me what the job was. And all the promises that were lies.
3 In person on campus interviews. They pretty much went over the same thing in each interview and it was pretty redundant. They asked me questions to see how hard I was willing to work.

Good interview process, they want to know more about you and your background. But if they like you and give you an offer at the end of your second interview, be prepared because they will rush you to making a decision to sign on with them and try to make any other career opportunities seem like garbage.

They will bring anyone on. If they play hard to get its not cause they're serious they'll take anyone. We had a bunch of drug addicts in our office this summer which ruined the moral. Bad company.
