the interview was easy but when they offered the job it looked a bit shady. they asked for 21000 rs as training fees and will give nothing for the first 3 months and then for next 3 months we will be given 8000 and then after 6 months 15000, with a 2 year bond.

I have given the interview at northcorp software.i applied online.There were first round is the normal P.I. interview where u have been asked to describe yourself.after that second was technical round where they ask basic java questions.like method overriding,method overloading, inheritance,project details,oops concept.There were hand programming test also included.very easy process of interview.Finale H.R. round was there in that they give us a plan for 2 years bond and process.They offered a job but with paid training of 42000/- INR first to pay 21000/- in two installment and after that they will provide salary as 15000/- from which they deduct 7000/- per month( for 3 month.)after 6 month they provide 15000/- in hand.such a time wasting process.

Asked basic questions about oops concepts, constructor, method overriding etc . itnterview was easy. But they ask ₹ 21000 at time of joining and will pay u 7000 pm for 3 months after that u will get ₹ 8000.
