Want you to jump to be available on last minute notice to interview . After two senior level interviews, they hired internally to someone with little to no experience in the field. Felt my time was wasted so they could obtain knowledge of what they were looking for from a seasoned professional. Overall was okay. I don’t think they could support my pay scale or the flexibility I needed also. A small company running as companies did 30 years ago. 100% manual
