Met with a recruiter first then nurse manager of Laurelwood. The recruiter was very kind and basic, the nurse manager had more in depth but still basic questions and offered me a position on the spot

Entrevista
At first, there was a 30-minute interview with a residency recruiter. Several questions were asked regarding career goals, desires, and past. Then an in person interview is set up for a face-to-face meeting to see if it is a good match for the unit.
