The interview consisted of two interviews. The first interview was a 30 minute interview via zoom. The second interview was a 3 hour on-campus interview. This interview consisted of one 30 minute interview with the search committee. Then we were asked to prepare a 20 minute presentation with 5 for Q&A. The prompt was emailed to us the Monday before the interview. Expect people from different offices you will be working with and students. After the presentation you have a 10 minute break followed up by a 40 minute interview with the a TRIO SSS staff. The last interview will be 40 minutes will be with the TRIO director and assistant director. Side note; bring your own water it is not provided.
