A series of scenarios and questions which were asked by 3 members of staff sitting at three different desk around the room, essentially a panel. Some difficult questions and you had to back up your answers with experiences and align them to the NI Assembly values. Interview was extremely formal and unlike any I have had before. Panel members were numb to the point of anaesthesia and made little effort to engage in any conversation before or after the interview.
