Contacted quickly initially, but then communication was poor throughout the process. Had to send follow-ups as they did not communicate after the specified timing after each round (Process for 2 rounds took 4 weeks). Ultimately, I got through 2 rounds of interviews, and mid process they decided to re-org and wasn't sure if the role was going to be in place. I understand these things happen all the time, but red flag for future candidates. I was excited for the opportunity.
