First was asked to finish a questionnaire, then a calculation test. Finally two rounds of interviews with two traders. The first round was asked about questions in the questionnaire again, the second round was more technical.

There is a calculation test and then interview. Evening before interview I was told I’m better suited for other position. I went with my desired position (meteorologist). They just told clearly if you go for this you won’t get it so should go for the other role. Asked me why I didn’t apply to it. I actually did apply for it but crazily got shortlisted for the position I wasn’t qualified for apparently (meteorologist). I didn’t get the next round since I wasn’t prepared for things to go this way. I approached them months later for another position. They greeted nicely first but then got super rude saying they would just never consider me since I got rejected one time. Rude staff
