Had an HR screening where I was asked general questions about my initial background and why I wished to apply for the job. Had an interview the following week in Rotorua where I talked to a general manager and a senior technician who were lovely to speak to, went into great detail about being a comms tech and asked me a few questions about my background. After the interview, I had not gotten any response from the HR person about the outcome and was ghosted, I felt it was a little poor due to the lack of communication. The people I talked to on site were great however.

Relatively casual, offered a hot drink first, spoke to the manager and relevant direct report, although only one of them when there were two. It might have been beneficial for progress later not to give the impression here that I was only reporting to one of them...
