Phone interview first with manager and senior Quality Engineer. This was then Followed up by a on-site interview and tour with Manager and Senior Quality Engineer a week or two later.

They asked me about my process as a member of the material review board and what actions I would take depending on the disposition of the parts. I was also asked about continual improvement, supplier controls and audits
