Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Northrop Grumman (Clearfield, UT) em out. de 2009

Inital phone call with hiring manager turned into ad-hoc interview. Was asked to join a conference call the next day for a formal phone interview with all management present. Was invited to come in person for an interview one week later. The process went like this - individual interviews with all of the management, lasted half the day. Then, taken to lunch by the hiring manager, talked about non-work stuff. After lunch, group interview with all management, and presented some prior research.

Systems engineering is usually regarded as 'more boring' than the test engineer position you currently have. Why would you want to change jobs?
Almost all questions were regarding my experience or competence in a given field. Fairly worded, and no 'trick' questions like "what animal best represents you?' Just plain competence questions
Good interview process, nice and friendly without too much pressure. Asked standard interview questions. No out of the box questions or too difficult questions. Just need to know your resume.
One on one phone interview to review the job posting, what specific applications the company used, and what experience I had in the groups specific working software. It was a casual environment.

The interviewers were very courteous and ask very good questions mostly about how I communicate and work on a team however after being informed that they are going to make me a offer after the Christmas shutdown. I was told that they had cancelled the position and reallocated other resources for this position. I am very disappointed with the way the process was handled post interview.
