Single round behavioral interview. I was the contact and lead for a student engineering organization on campus when I was contacted by a recruiter. I seized the opportunity and was awarded with a summer internship.

Name a time where you faced adversity. How did you overcome it?
Meeting with several in hiring and management many, many behavior based questions. Started with a phone screen, then onsite. Took several months to go between the initial interview, the onsite and negotiation. The salary was certainly non negotiable. Overall a very lengthy process and very long interview.
