Met initial recruiter at a college campus job fair. Resume was sent up to the interviewers who contacted me for a face to face interview. Interviewers asked about college courses, major, relevant work, etc. A few days later I received a rejection notice AND a position offer. Had to call to see what was going on, apparently the rejection was an error. Started shortly after and loved every minute of that job.

Entrevista
The 30-minute managerial interview went smoothly — only 4–5 questions covering how I handle difficulty, resume highlights, communication style, and applying technical skills in practice. Wasn’t too hard, and I think I did well interviewer will ask follow-up questions to your answers. No offer yet, have to do a second round.

Easy - basic questions about what I like to do, if I like working with people, etc. Not a huge technical components. Easy and friendly. Relaxed, video call. Got a good conversation going.

I first Applied Online, and then I got phone interview around 3 weeks after I initially applied online. The whole process took around 4 weeks to get back my offer.
