Looked over my resume and asked me questions about resume. Chatted with a group of 2 managers, 1 Software Engineer manager, 1 software Engineer. Talked about what they did day to day. Then asked me if I knew any of the languages they work with.

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
