A recruiter from NGC emailed me approximately 2 weeks after I applied stating that I got an in person interview scheduled for the next week. The interviewers were very nice about rescheduling the day. A couple hours before the interview, one of the managers called me and gave me instructions with how to check in through security. Since I got there 30 minutes early, that same manager gave me a tour through their small museums at the Redondo Beach site. After that I walked with the manager to the next building and was interviewed by 4 managers. It was a very relaxed environment. The interviewers mostly asked about my past job and school experience. After the interview, the interviewers took me up to see the James Webb Telescope.

Straight forward questions about past experience and how I could transition them to the role. They were looking for experience with a specific software and wanted to know the experiences I had with it.
