Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) em mar. de 2015
Entrevista
Quick and painless, the most difficult part about it was the waiting.
The hiring manager called me and did an initial phone screen fielding some questions such as "how do you feel about working on a team?" "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "What are your strengths/weaknesses?"nothing too technical, and also provided more information about the job I am interviewing for. Northrop Grumman HR contacted me shortly thereafter and did another phone screen with me and took down more information about myself. Afterward, I was flown out to San Diego for a final, in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager. Similar questions were asked from the initial phone screen, the most technical one was for me to describe my capstone project.

Applied to the job through the Northrop Grumman website. Was contacted less than a week later to set up a phone interview. Phone interview went well, but haven't heard from them since. Make sure you know about the company and the position you are applying for. Job postings can be very vague, so do your research.

Phone interview with hiring manager. He called me 30 minutes late, and proceeded to grill me on what Logistics Engineering was. He downright rejected all my responses, despite the fact they were actually correct (I had researched them beforehand). It was clear to me that he didn't even read my resume beforehand either. There was supposed to be a second manager on the call, but she wasn't there (probably because the interview took place 30 minutes late). Somehow I was called in for an in-person interview scheduled for 2 weeks later; this time both managers were there. Again, the guy asked me some unusual questions here and there, but overall not nearly as painful as the phone interview. The other lady was actually quite pleasant. It has been almost two months since that interview and I have not received a response one way or another, despite the fact my online status still says "Interview Pending Feedback." I'm under the impression that they didn't actually hire anyone.
