I went through three rounds of interviewing (phone screen, manager, and then panel interview). It was very detailed and they asked situational questions to gauge your reactions and how you would react. I would prepare with a lot of knowledge of the company and the division you are joining.

Standard interview process. First was initial screen with recruiter, then interview with hiring manager and last interview with hiring manager and a few other team members. All behavioral interview questions.
