I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. The recruiter collected all of my information and contacted each of my references. Due to security clearance, I had to go through a background check. My high school had consolidated several times so there was an issue finding my transcripts. After that was sorted out, I was interviewed by my immediate manager in person while his manager participated by phone.
