Unclear process, seemed a bit haphazard. Interview was easy. They were not prepared for my questions. When asked if the curriculum was set they said yes but upon evaluation it was confusing and unorganized, outdated and inaccessible. The material was composed of a few books with many handwritten notes and typed (as on a typewriter) sheets of paper. I was offered the position but when the offer came it had typos and no mention of benefits, email responses had typos, and they would not negotiate salary. I liked the pastor, I liked the school building and I liked the people I met. I think I would have enjoyed working there. However, the unprofessionalism did not speak well for the academy and its future.
