Entrevista
Brought in 4 interviewees with 8 managers for networking breakfast. After we ate, we met with the nurse educator who talked to us about being a nurse at Northside. Then each candidate was interviewed separately by the 8 managers. Finally we toured the hospital. The HR recruiter called each candidate right away to let them know if they would be getting an offer. Process was absolutely amazing. So relaxed, and everyone was so friendly. Best interview I have ever been on.

Entrevista
My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.
