I applied online. Then a recruiter contacted me for a screening and then I had a zoom call with the hiring manager with another team member. It was a little disorganized because the recruiter had two of the same positions posted with different shift times/days that the hiring manager stated there was only one position ever posted. The hiring manager was also a little unprofessional as well. When I asked about the expected caseload, she stated “I really hate this question.” When I called for the zoom call, she apologized for her tardiness, but then told the other team member in the room with her that she hates when interviews are put on her schedule. It was a weird experience because I felt like I needed to apologize for the inconvenience. This hospital gets rave reviews so I was surprised to face such a poor attitude from the interviewer.

I talked with an HR hiring manager for my initial interview. She mainly asked about my prior experiences and expectations for the job. She asked why I had applied to the specific hospital location, and then we discussed pay expectations.
