Interviewed with managers and leadership of unit. New graduate RN residency program. Interview was professionally done but in a welcoming way. I would describe this as a positive experience. Everyone was easy to talk to an interested in finding out my interests and compatibility with the unit.

Entrevista
My Initial interview was with the nurse manager followed by a nurse recruiter ( I worked on the unit of interest as a local travel nurse). I also interviewed with the operation manager for the unit of interest. Salary negotiation followed (Have general knowledge of nursing salaries in your state and do not accept the first offer).

Process was pretty fast and responded a day or two later for the offer letter. Questions were typical questions about nursing and asking what if situational questions. Got a quick tour of the unit as well and staffs were friendly.
